I love trying different cuisines from around the world and the past twenty years I’ve spent as a travel agent have helped me do that. Wine tasting in Bologna, fish & chips in England or just enjoying authentic Mexican food on the beach in Cozumel. As a home chef, it’s always great to be able to bring back those experiences to your own kitchen or share them with friends & family or recommend clients a great place to eat.  

                        My favorite way to travel and the one I recommend to clients the most is cruising. Being able to see the ocean, try awesome food and go to interesting places is one great but they aren’t a one-size-fits-all way to travel. For me, doing my best means putting clients on the right ship for them, with the right itinerary.

                        When I’m not booking travel I like learning new things to cook, planning my New-Years vacation and taking care of my pets.
